Has anyone used a ExpoDisc - Digital White Balance Filter and if so, what result have you had? are they worth the money?

I am not bothered by perfect colour balance in camera as I shoot raw. and it is a pretty instant adjustment in raw converter if it seems wrong.

Thanks Terry, but I do most shots in jpeg unless I'm doing portrait. Just wondered if anyone had used one of these and there thoughts on them.

Damn good in tricky situations plus when you want consistency during a shoot. I have one and use it occasionally (should use it much more than I do)
There are rumours that you can get a similar result with any old translucent white lid (AKA the old Pringles lid).

Thanks for that, would you say they are worth the money then?
I keep one with me all the time. As Simon says, comes in very handy when light conditions are tricky.
However, I went for a cheaper one, a lot cheaper I ought to add. Bought it off ebay for just about £10 .. works just as good as the £80 version
