I looking at getting a 2x converter to put on my Sigma 70-200 f2.8 for motorsport use. Ive been looking at the Sigma 2x converter but ive found a decent deal for a Kenko PRO300 DG canon fit.
Is the Kenko any good ?

Sorry I don't know how things are in Canon-land, but I can confirm that the Kenko and Sigma does not play well together in Nikon land.
Symptoms include erratic metering, and AF hunting.

Thanks mate,
Shame if that is the case!

The KenkoPro300 is an excellent converter, not sure though how it gets on with Sigma lens. it will hunt a little if your using an F4 lens or above, but on a 2.8 it should be good unless it is really low light!
