So, it's Friday, TGIF. Been a chaotic week.. but a good one.
So, whats everyone doing then ?

I'll start, want to go back to Southerndown again, time permitting to take some nice coastal landscape shots, hopefully with some new ND grads that I can pick up tomorrow from the PO ;)
I guess it kind of depends of the weather, but I hope it's blowing a gale, so I get some nice shots.

I know not everyones cup of tea, but it's a big football weekend !!
Oh and I'm sure a few beers tonight !
Thank heavens there is no cricket to endure :)

Whatever you do, have a great one.

Cheers,
Neil

Nightmare Mini - Days off in the week ?

Sat, quick visit to my mams, watch a naff movie based on the famous Studio 54, for research purposes.
Sun, could spend the day decorating the hall but if Im going to try & do the 'pic every 5 mins' thing, it might be a bit messy. If weather is decent (who am I kidding) head out to the countryside and see what I can snap!

Nightmare Mini - Days off in the week ?

I have Thursday off - but I really need to go to the college library and research some stuff for my course as I'm starting to fall behind. Looks like it could be an all day job in the library too as I have to research famous landscape photographers and find inspiration (haha) for my landscape shoot. I then have to sort out a coursework diary which will take up the rest of the day, followed by college in the evening :(
Hopefully it will be lovely next weekend, then I can spend the full weekend with my camera.

Tomorrow it's into town in the monring for the monthly farmers market, and then hopefully a trip to Cameraworld at Chelmsford in the afternoon to see if they've got a Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 in stock.

CameraWorld didn't have my lens in stock. :'( Apparently it's "A bit of an odd length for digital" so they don't sell many of them. Eh? I thought half the members on here had one so it can't be THAT odd! Anyway it's ordered, being sent on to me at work, should be there tuesday.

Jessops are a bunch of rogues. In spite of still advertising in various places that they are price matching, and some stores still doing the price match to cameras-2-u etc, the store in Chelmsford refused point blank and wanted £349 for it. Oh well, it gave the chap in CameraWorld a giggle, anyway!

On the way to Chelmsford we drove through the lanes and discovered LOADS of places to go back to with a camera - so that's one day in an upcoming weekend sorted out! :D

Mum and Dad's for lunch today - shall I go and try some squirrel shots this morning do you reckon?
