Velbon Sherpa PRO CF-535 Carbon fibre

Seen one for £150 delivered with a head, good buy?

Camera is a Pentax K20D (about the same size/weight as a D90), with lenses up to 200mm, nothing bigger.

The Velbon CF tripods are very good, they're light weight and stable. Personally I'd recommend the 63x series over the 53x as they are a bit taller and have a bigger foootprint giving great stability. They have a splitable centre column so you can get down to very low levels when needed. The supplied head isn't great but it will do the job until you want to change it for a better one, you can put a nice Manfrotto head on top. A friend uses the 535 with supplied head and puts a Canon 100-400 on it, so I'm sure it will cope with a 200mm lens unless it's a real monster.
