Can anyone recommend a good web site for cheap memory cards? I've just been looking at - "My Memory" and they seem quite cheap but are they reliable?

Also has anyone got any advice about which makes to go for?

P3 - That is difficult to answer as the 7dayshop cards vary from purchase to purchase - I have bought several cards in SD & now CF format & have had Unbranded (which come up as Toshiba on my PC) / Dane Elec / Viking - I have had no issues with write speed to my D200 or when uploading to the PC (although I do use a fast Sandisc USB CF reader)
HTH - Paul ;)
PS - If you read some of the Reviews of the cards on their site most are DSLR users who are happy customers

Cool many thanks, just i have a kingston ultimate 150x and a corsair 133x and tend to stick with the higher write speeds so these sound fine, your D200 is no doubt faster than my D50
