Is £14.99 cheap for a 1GB Ultra II card?

I've not looked at memory prices since my 512MB vanilla sandisk cost me about £40 :p

mymemory is renowned for their prices - this looks to be a very good deal, but you can also get Kingston 2gb cards for similar money from the same supplier.

its £60 cheaper than I payed for mine 2 years ago :(

Just had a quick look around and that does seem like a fairly good price. MemoryDepot have it for £17.90 - Overclockers have it for £13.99 though - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-031-SD

EDIT - just realised that is exc Vat :( £16.44 inc VAT

Plus about £8 delivery knowing OcUK.

I'd rather stick to what I know and use the SanDisk... Don't really have use for much more than 1GB, that'll see me 170 photos RAW plus the 85 I get on the 512MB...

I honestly can't see it making that much difference on my D70 tbh...

Agreed, and if you upgrade the body at some point you will want bigger CF cards anyway.

Its only £3 ***.
