I have managed to find plenty of rear lcd screen protectors for my 5D Mark II but i really want a top screen protector, if possible similar to the Giottos ones. Anyone know where i can get one please?

I got mine off Amazon. Came as a pack, 1 for the rear screen and one for the top. I can't remember who I got it from, but try searching Amazon for it. That's where I got my protectors. They're cut specifically for the 5d2.

Were they the peel off cellophane type or proper glass protectors which stick on?

plastic, not sticky. Good quality thick plastic though, and they don't catch on anything. Easy to remove and clean if needed.
