View Full Version : tablet - why didnt i do this sooner?
been pondering over tablets now for some time, i was in pc world today on a bit of a whim and ended up picking up a wacom bamboo fun (small). granted i could of shopped around online and got one cheaper but im impatient when i decide i want something.
oh my god its so much easier editing with than a mouse. even navigating around windows and surfing the net is a pleasure.. its a really nice bit of kit.
why did i not do this sooner?

Is it that good? I have looked a few times and never got round to the plunge
in my opinion yes, ive been using it all evening instead of a mouse just for general pottering about online and spreadsheet work etc lol, it just feels really comfortable

If you like the little bamboo you should try the Intruios. I bought one for my daughter for her birthday but she couldn't get on with it so I bought her something else and stuck it on the Mac pro. They are really great in photoshop. Wouldn't mind trying a bamboo with the laptop, I think the 9x12inch one is a tad large to it!
We have the bamboo (the small one with no extra controls).
I found it very good although a bit of a learning curve with editting pics / drawing your own.
Easier than a mouse :)
been thinking of getting a tablet for a while , this post may have just swung it;)
