I want to buy a couple of big sheets of the stuff for reflective effects from my studio floor, anyone know the relative merits between Acrylic or Polycarbonate? Is one more resistant to scratches perhaps? Is one lighter than the other maybe??

I used 4mm Liteglaze from Homebase
cheap enough and seems to be quite robust (on a flat floor)

1.8m by 1.2m £39.99

Try www.hindleys.co.uk they sell lots of different plastic sheets, polycarb is toughest but very hard to cut without cracking.
