This is only an ideas, I'm new to this forum, but this days I been here going here and there, I just found that when you go to HOME ( http://www.thephotographyforums.com ) you can see the latest additions (kind of news), latest post, and the resource menu, that is very usefull. Thats why in my bookmarks I choose to enter to HOME. (http://www.thephotographyforums.com)

So, I have some ideas that may be it could work for all:

1) When you click FORUMS (http://thephotographyforums.com/forums/) in the top menu, or THE PHOTOGRAPHY FORUMS (http://thephotographyforums.com/forums/) in the side where the Latest Post are, it opens in a NEW WINDOW, I think it could be better that this opens in the same window, just as GALLERYS, LINKS, and CONTACT US. This way its a better and more friendly way to navigate the forum, and you not have to be closing windows, or in my case I open new tabs, and then close the first one HOME.

2) In the right side, it says LATEST POST... and there is a list of the 5 latest post, that its ok, my suggestion here is that "LATEST POST" could be clickable and may be it could take you to the NEW ONES SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT (http://thephotographyforums.com/forums/search.php?search_id=newposts). I think this can be usefull for all.

What do you think? Just some suggestions.

Great forum anyway.

I like the ideas very much but you are forgetting one thing, although we may put on a professional front we are in fact a bunch of amateurs :D I will have a chat with EosD (the webmaster) and see how many of your very good suggestions we can implement. :)

Well, lets see what EosD says. I think its not difficult, although I'm not a webmaster and have no idea of site programming jeje

THANKS EosD!!

It works perfect right now!!
Although this change is somewhat insignificant, but it does the navegacion be a lot easier and less tedious.

Thanks again.
