Sub £100 cameras

I am looking at getting a sub £100 camera and have seen currys are doing a good deal of the Samsung PL50 (http://www.currys.co.uk/martprd/product/seo/823229) at £79

Or otherwise i was looking at the Canon PowerShot A480 (http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158345)

Which is better and why?

Or any other ideas? Ideally one with a rechargeable battery
