...morally wrong to edit in wheel and background blur to some car shots that had the motion frozen because of using a flash? :p

However...... should the vendor subsequently submit photographs portayed with wheel motion or images alluding to turning of the wheels the viewer reserves the right to look at said wheels and say "erm, have they been photoshopped?"
