Sunseeker Rallye 2007

Took a trip to Bournemouth and the surrounding area today to try my hand at motorsports photography for the first time. It was a lot harder than I was expecting it to be, panning cars at 60MPH when they are only about 6 foot away from you is a lot more challenging than I anticipated :p

Got more difficult as night enclosed later in the day as the D70 isn't exactly 'great' at high ISO and the flash makes capturing any sense of motion very very hard.

edit - forgot to run some through noiseware so I am prefectly aware some are overly noisy

nice work, great composition on the Hyundai WRC (#4, 1st post).

noise at ISO200/400, that's something I can't get my head around :S
