Contemplating Tower Bridge

Not sure about this one - on my iMac, the shot looks fine and the couple are quite clear (still silhouetted though). However, on my dell work laptop, the shot looks too dark.

I didn't see the people till you mentioned them. Its a bit dark on my Mac.

I'm using a crappy IBM work laptop here and they look fine - I'll try on my desktop and laptop at home later.

I guess the question is; how does this print? We all have our monitors set up and calibrated in different ways (unless we're at work ;))

The edit certainly makes the "contemplators" stand out a little more. To my eyes your horizon looks to be a bit squint though - there's something not quite right about the angle of the bridge. .25 or .5 of a degree c/wise maybe?

The shot as a whole doesn't quite work for me. I can appreciate what you were trying to do but somehow I don't think it quite works. :shrug:

I'd strighten the image off the bridge,... looks wonk.

On your mac are you using the D65 whitepoint on sRGB? Calibrate from there and it you will see near enough same results on a PC.

The angles look very odd, there doesn't seem to be any coherent horizontal. I guess that the shot from which the shot was taken has a slope??

I don't think there is a lot you can do about it though:(

I like it a lot, especially the neons!
