1Ds MK11

Mornin all..i have got my eye on a Canon 1Ds MK11,the shutter count is about 80,000 clicks good condition,no marks etc.has been serviced recently by Fixation,i know these are good for about 200,000 clicks..
The guy wants £1000..would this price be about right..what do you think..;)

Thing is even if the shutter does go i think its only about 140 to have it replaced?
