i have a budget of only £650 to spend on a longish lens for bird photography i own a sigma 18-200 and a 70-300 already but i feel these are a tad to slow on focusing and also not the best with low light so would i benefit from a sigma 70-200 hsm APO IF EX DG II ?

Thanks
Gibbo:D

400 is about right, i think i paid 410 for mine, mines an mkII and i dont care what anybody says unless your being a pixel peeper (Why?) you will find no difference in the sharpness not to mention the mkII has a slightly faster af from my experience.

Some of them can be soft so make sure you get shots wide open at 70 and 200mm
