Well I joined the Chester Zoo group but went off with my family so I was sort of anti social. I'll feed my pics in slowly as to not overrun with animals but here is my fav of the day. I also got quite a few non animal shots as there are great statues around the park. HOpe you enjoy and as always C&C welcome.

I have a 28-200mm f3.5-5.5 cannon usm lens (don't think they even make it anymore) that I bought used from my husbands boss the first day I bought my camera. I find it lacking mainly because of the aperture but boy when you have the light it is tack sharp.

Really great shot Renee, looking forward to the rest.
Pity I didn't get to meet you & your family, the queues were huge outside & I didn't get in until after everyone had gone their separate ways. Hope you all had a good day

Hmmm, I'm jealous now, both you and Steve got shots of the Elephant spraying water out of it's trunk... and I missed it! That's an excellent shot Renee  It was lovely to meet you and your family too. I bet young Keegan had a great time :)
