Malcolm Wilson Rally - Finish - Cockermouth

So I went down the road to Cockermouth yesterday to watch the end of the Rally. It was quite a wait because there had been a serious accident during the day that had put the times back.

yep thats the one Kev - from Langwathby. Used to be with Monster mob ducati.

RobertP - I too was expecting a chequered flag, and maybe a crowd more than about 40 people. - but when the rain came down the crowd went down to about 10 folks. (and I wasn't one of them for long)

Good pictures. I caught the accident on one of the Grizedale stages on my camera which put everyone back. Think it was the 7th car through. Nissan Micra went over and the driver was complaining of a bad neck.

I thought Stobbart was a ford team so must admit I was surprised to see the scooby.

Barshifter - I didn't know the service area was in Penrith - where was it?
