I found this Barn owl pic this morning, going through my Pbase files.

I took it last year, on the banks of the Esk, before the Bigma or the 400L, so it was the 80-200f2.8L

It's a crop. I was sitting in a bush trying to get some close up's of sand martins on the opposite bank when this handsome chap just flew past. It was an opportunity shot, and I was very lucky!!
