Redsnapper monopod question

Probably a daft one but Santa didn't leave an idiots guide with it.

I take it I'm supposed to unscrew the small piece in the monopod in order to screw in the ball head? I'd been trying to screw it in for about ten minutes before I realised it came out, I thought yesterdays drink was still affecting my ability to screw things in :cuckoo:

I just left the flat plate, then screwed the haed on. When you release the flip catch on the ball head it does loosten up a bit.

:lol: yes dman, you are meant to remove the internal screw in order for the normal head to fit. Keep it safe though, if you ever get a head with the smaller screw thread, you will need to refit it. :thumbs:
