hmmm

It is a condition of entering the competiton that entrants must allow their entries to be submitted to the online photo management and sharing website, www.flickr.com

By submitting a photograph to this competition, entrants grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence in perpetuity to use those photographs for promotional and publicity purposes in relation to the competition only in relation to the UKPlus website. Every effort will be made to credit photographers at all times but there be occasions when this is not practical.

Entrants agree that AND may use any photographs entered on other websites owned or managed by AND, and AND may also forward entries to newspapers owned by AND's parent company, Daily Mail & General Trust Group ("DMGT") for publication on a royalty-free basis to publicise the UKPlus website and its photo competition only.

Do these terms sound fair??
