Just seen this on another forum - its one hell of a beast!!! not sure how new this is (or if it been on here before, but I dont think it has).

Just think, f/2.8 aperture at 500mm! On a cropped sensor your looking at a 300mm f.2.8 to 750mm f/2.8! Quite impressive!
Wonder what kind of tripod/head you would need to get shake free images though!

I'd go for a sand bag and a suitable spot myself :eek: that’s big ... I didn't expect it to be quite so large. :lol:
700mm at 2.8 ... Corrrr.... Thank god for smaller sensors. :D
you;re looking at 1000mm f5.6 with a 2x converter.. I think

no camera would. you would have to mount the lens on a tripod then the camera on the lens.

no OS but you would mount it on a tripod anyhow,... no way would you hand hold it to shoot with.
