Any suggestions on what I could punch a clean hole with through a foamboard mounted photo? Drills don't work. lol

Leatherwork punch? Like one of these (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/6-PC-HOLLOW-PUNCH-SET-MAKE-HOLES-IN-LEATHER-PALSTIC-ETC_W0QQitemZ320470409001QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Cra fts_Leathercraft_LE?hash=item4a9d865f29)

Thought about something like that, but was hoping for something that had a base... sort of like a standard three-hole paper punch... only like super strength and for one hole. :D

Leather punch may be my only option though... Thanks for response.

when I were a lad (& woodbines were 2d for 20) you could get special paper drill bits

hmm how to describe...

start with 1/4" metal tube about 3" long (6mm diameter 75mm long if you're metric
drill a 1/4" hole in the end - yup it cuts the spare piece right off
sharpen what you're left with and use like a drill bit
works a treat

or get one of these (http://www.elmstok.co.uk/drills.html)

Dunno how you'd attach it to a drill (or even if you'd need to) but get a piece of copper tube and a tube cutter, cut the tube wherever you want, the two halves will be sharp enough, I promise.
