I guess you probably already know about this but just incase

It only works on XP though and leaves the original "unmolested"
Go to the power toys web site and scroll down the right hand side for a small download

I forgot to mention but I guess you have figured it out anyway, once downloaded
just right click the picture you want to resize and you get 4 options, select the one you want and there ya' go.

excellent little tool, doesnt work with Vista though, which is a huge bummer

Oohh Didn't know that! I assumed that it would Vista being an upgrade 'n' all
I don't suppose that it will be too long before there are "powertoys" for it, though
