I was asleep before 10, I don't half feel better for it too.
Work at 7:30, have to set off in less than 20 mins :o

Morning Joe! Up with the larks and a couple of hours work at home before I brave the M25 to Leatherhead and the office - 59 miles of sheer joy!!!
Morning all. I've been up awhile. (2.5 hours) just waiting on my son to come home from school in about 3/4 of an hour to take him for a college interview. Then I'm off to work again this afternoon. What's happened to that lovely sunshine we had yesterday?

I seem to work better if I stay up late and get up late, but it was getting very late in the morning, so I have decided to make myself get up at the unheard of time of 8:30!! :o So I am now actually feeling tired at 10pm for once :p so that yawn was actually true :D
As long as I can stay up to see the end of Alan Partridge and QI then I will be happy and can go to sleep...and get almost 9 hours :D I LOVE SLEEP!!
:D I LOVE SLEEP!!
Insomnia is a total git and I for one hate it
