Architectural photography is tough.
Not only have you got to find something suitable to capture, you have to capture it right.

The above image is a cracker CT, I wish we had some skies like that while I was shooting my shots.

This was actually the shot I had in mind and went out to get. It's part of Walsall's multi- million pound abortion of a central bus station. I was very fortunate with the clouds on the day.

i tried something similar for my entry but gave up in the end, the sky wasnt right and there was a dirty great big shop sign across the middle of it

i found it very hard to choose what to enter,

and to be amongst such competition is healthy for everyones photography imho

Since this has not been entered into the competition I can say that it is a great shot for all the reasons everybody else has already mentioned. What I would like to add is that I like your postproduction also and wondered why you didn’t chose this one over your entry (not that I prefer either ;) )
