For anyone in the Southport area, it is worth visiting the Atkinson Art Gallery where the Southport Photographic Association have an exhibition for the next month (free entry).
I don't pretend to be a well informed judge, but to my mind some of the pictures were superb.
I only had half an hour to spare, and intend to visit again for a longer visit when I get the chance.
