Hi Venn,
It's an Arca Swiss B1, with a Manfrotto long rail QR attached. The lens is the 400 5.6L.
this is what the birds see.....would this be from thier bathroom or bedroom windows?...:lol:

Goood Grief! look at the ball on that.... its nearly the size of the 1D!
No wonder the 400 f5.6 looks small.
