if you could have got a bird reflecting in the lens !! that would have been impressive.. maybe a ps job ..?

It's an Arca Swiss B1, with a Manfrotto long rail QR attached. The lens is the 400 5.6L.

Goood Grief! look at the ball on that.... its nearly the size of the 1D!
No wonder the 400 f5.6 looks small.
