I attended our annual Guitarist get together in Bristol over the weekend, I was determined to get in some practice of shooting in low light levels, to compound things there was a smoke machine working occasionally, so any use of flash made the picture a white fog.
Shooting in manual most of the time, pretty much for the first time aiming for decent results, I used my 350D with a Tamron 28-75 2.8, 580ex switched off and just using the light in the room.
Clarky, the guitarist, plays instrumentals when this picture came out it hit the mood perfectly.
Anyways, not bad for a learner!:D

Any tips?
