View Full Version : Roe Buck whose not to sure
Taken from about 50mtrs, just wish had the converter on.
Nice! Did it bark at you?
Hi, sawman, I find they only usually bark when they are not sure whats there, by that I mean if they have heard something out of sight. This one just turned and ran with the doe which was lying down higher up to right in this photo, will post so you can see the crop on this.
I actually like the uncropped version best.
they tend to stick their tongues out &in while trying to catch scent. They also go in for a bit of "foot thumping" with their front feet.Nothing like the bark of a Roe in the still of the morning to get the blood pumping round the old veins!
