No such thing as 'Just a Starling' Weggy ... :eek: ... they are really magnificent birds in their own right and show a beautiful rainbow like range of colours when the light catches them just right ... ;)

Yours is a good capture in itself ... :thumbs: ... although you could probably do with a little more 'shopping to bring out the detail in the eye just a bit more ... :shrug: ... well quite a bit more actually ... :D

True, but the novelty wears off a tad when they're the bird you see in your garden 75% of the time! :gag: Especially considering the other birds I've seen today!

But yes, they are a lovely looking bird, with great detailing.

I had one of these in the garden today, but they're quite a rare visitor for me. Handsome bird! :)
