That's what I've been playing with these little sods this morning. :D

It looks like a pair judging by the frequency of visits to the nest, but how do you tell? :shrug: They're renovating a last years domed nest in a downpipe under the canopy right outside the kitchen door. As usual their nest material gathering is absolutely manic!

All at 500mm and 800 ISO. Spot metered on the Wrens.

I had a pair of wrens nesting by my back door afew years ago and after they had all fledged the wind blew the nest down and it was made up almost entirely of my dogs fur... I'm presuming they had found the remains from her grooming sessions, would have made a good picture of them landing on her and plucking it out!!! :D
