Hmm out of the two I would suggest the Blackbird. It makes a more pleasing image, the lighting is good. Just a shame that the leaves get in the way a little. Much closer in on the Robin would have made the the preferable shot.

It's not a major issue. they just draw the eye away from the subject.

I like both, but agree with the others, the blackbird one is better, the leaves dont bother me either :)

I like the blackbird, I think if you take the leaves away the lack of colour in the subject may make it look a little dull.

i prefer the blackbird,

the leaves give the impression of hiding quietly while taking the pic, as if you shouldnt have been there, but got caught.
