View Full Version : Mollie
I have taken this picture of my daughter Mollie, stood in front of some blinds in my lounge.http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s48/spencer_100/Oceana-3492.jpg?t=1175727058
I would be very grateful if anyone could suggest a decent way of extracting her from the them & what sort of background should I put Mollie in front of?
Thanks in advance:thumbs:

There's no substitute for getting the background right in camera really Spencer. ;) You can change backgrounds but it's not all that easy to get a convincing result. I'd keep it simple and stick to a white background as that way it's fairly easy to preserve the stray hairs around the outline - when you lose those the results start to look very cut 'n paste.
Why didn't you turn the camera to portrait orientation? I've cropped it how I assume you'd want to frame it? :)

Thanks CT, I'd tried a few background colours, but it did not seem real!
The white looks loads better.thanks.
The reason I didn't turn it to portrait orientation, because Mollie was in a bit of a rush to get to her party, so I grabbed a quick shot before she left!:bonk: :bonk:
Thanks again for the edit!

You're welcome! Hope Mollie likes it. ;)
