Wonderful sky and reflections of the lights in the water. The bank leads the eye deep in to the photo.
I'm undecided about the big black silhouette on the left of the green light, but since I can't fault anything else in the shot I'll let it go! ;)

it was a very cold morning but this shot made it worthwhile..

The silhouette to the left of the green light is a pier that runs out to the sea - nice walk on a good day!
