Great composition, excellent light, nice contrast and textures - now about that colour :) . Seriously, my first thought was "Why pink?", to which the answer might be, "Why not?". It left me wondering what the colours were originally. That is, assuming it wasn't pink :) .

Shot info.......

HDR merge of 5 shots processed in Capture NX and HDR'd in CS2.

at the time of shooting was using Nikon 24-120mm VR, Lee 0.9+0.6 ND grad and .9ND

Scene was still very bright as sun had just dipped below Worm's head and even with stacking the ND filters I wasn't getting slower enough speeds to blur the sea and still too much contrast between sky and foreground.

As for the colour........

Well, that's what it looked like in my minds eye when I took the shot ;)

I thought the first shot was a good un, but maybe too much rock or something missing.....but that second shot is just excellent. Love the drama in the water and the colours are amazing.
