We went to the annual Easter 'Wheels Day' show in Aldershot on Good Friday. The weather was beautiful, and it produced by far the biggest and best Wheels Day so far. I have to give credit to Dave for the majority of the images as he took control of the camera for most of the day (so don't blame me for crappy shots ). Anyhow, over 200 images taken, so will post the best in dribs and drabs...

The start of the day (taken from the house). There seemed to be a theme.....

1. The first victim

2. It was all going a little too well for this hairy guy

3. Oh dear - taken just second later... he was determined to get there

4. Erm... I think you're going the wrong way around the roundabout Mate!

5. The traffic got quite bad - but hey! what a traffic jam! Some really odd looking motors in there!

6. Another victim with determination to get there

7. They got there!

Love that one of the guy going the wrong way. Must be a funny caption or two in that photo.

Like the last one a lot...something about the framing and the expression on the face of the guy in the car :) . Which lens Cheryl ?

They were virtually all taken with the Sigma 10-20mm... and I have to admit that those 2 shots weren't mine :(

Being a Ford fan, I love these two, Mustang looks mint and I was going to say the same for the RS1800 Escort till I noticed the wing sill and door damage. I'd have to have those fixed straight away.
What is Wheels Day by the way, is it a parade or a car show?

Watch out for more of my Wheels Day pics as I'm pretty sure there are LOTS of old Ford pics just waiting to be processed!

Wheels Day is held every year on Good Friday at Rushmoor Arena in Aldershot. It's a huge show for Classic & custom Cars etc. More info Here (http://www.freewebs.com/wheelsday/index.htm). This year has to be the largest by far

Great shots there :)

That Escort looks a bit botched all along the bottom there :(

Which is why I'm afraid to let Kay have a go with my camera :p :D
