So it's Easter Sunday and we decide to head up into the Brecon Beacons, a bit later than we wanted but thought we would go for the Horse-shoe walk, this takes in Corn Du, Pen y Fan, and Cribyn.

Glorious day, so are a few shots ...

As we reached the top of Pen y Fan - this happened.

Buzzed by a glider - Awesome. All I heard was the wind rustling through the wings, could only grab a quick few, before it went off searching for more thermals...

I put some more up when I finish processing a few more !!
C&C welcome.

Cheers,
Neil

That glider buzzing the person is just fantastic (shame feet cut off). My husband is a glider pilot...it was'nt him, honest!....and he loves it. Given you only had a nanosecond to grab, it's superb. Well done!

Me too, although it is my days in the Royal Navy rather than Rugby. Those mountains never looked that nice when I was slogging up them with a pack on. The shape of Pen y Fan is forever engraved in my memory.

Wow shivers up my back with them shots. Memories of tabbing up there with a bergen on my back in the driving rain up from the Roman rd, down to the Storey arms carpark. Those were the days.
