Grrr 7D video wont work on my Macbook pro

Hi

Got my 7D on friday and when i try and play video from it on quicktime on my mac it doesn't work just a massive still from it, no footage :(

Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Try VLC media player - it's never failed to play anything I've thrown at it.

Have you tried downloading all the software from the solutions disc - is there a video player packaged ??

nope :/ been using it constantly since friday no time for manuals or CDs... will do later and let you know. It worked with VLC but rubbish quality compared to on actual camera.
