No comments on the photo please.. I know it's rubbish. The purpose of this post is to ask for help identifying the "little ones"... I've tried research but cannot find out whether this bee is carting arround it's young or host to a bunch of parasites... anyone shed any light on this please?

I have only seen this once on a bee but it looks as if it is getting more common. Maybe a wee project for summer. Get up close to a Bumble bee.
I like Bumble bees.
