VERY sharp and excellent contrast, really nice shots. How close were you, what lens were you using? More to the point, did you get your feet wet taking the shots? :D

How close were you, what lens were you using? More to the point, did you get your feet wet taking the shots? :D
No I didnt get wet. Grass stains on my knees though from kneeling down.
Taken with 400mm prime and lucky to be reasonably close. They are all at Pensthorpe (http://www.pensthorpe.com/) near Fakenham.

All great shots. You clearly know which end of the camera goes where.
great shots, last ones a mandarin duck but thats as far as my knowledge goes ! although the one above it looks like a goldeneye ;) hehehehe
