Don't know if this is the right area to post this but the more people I can contact the better.
Thanks to many people on this forum the Redsnapper brand has become increasingly popular, so much so that the increase in traffic to the website has caused it to crash!
I have found that the hosting package that the Redsnapper site was on hasn't got a very big 'bandwidth' (whatever that is) so can't cope with the now large numbers visiting it. I've therefore shut it down and am transferring it to a more suitable package - this could take up to 24hrs.
Hard decision but one I feel had to be made, apologies for any inconvenience and hopefully this problem won't arise again and see you back online in the near future.

Good news Joe, the expansion, not the down time... ;) ... I was going to head over there to find out about ball heads... but it can wait till it's back on the air.

Hi Joe,
Was going to put an order in, if it's not back up later in the week I'll drop you a line on here. Thanks for the heads up, and thanks for the info earlier in the week as well.
All the best
Dave

Its no surprise with the quality of your product, mine came yesterday and is great! Good luck with the migration.

I've just moved my sites from one company to another (I did a thread on here about it). There are so many little niggley problems I didn't even think of but its nearly all working now! Anyway hope your change goes completely smooth and its always a good having to move to a bigger package it means that you are clearly doing something right :)
