Its an Eagle probabley our native Golden Eagle. Don't worry too much about the beak, its the feet you gotta watch with any Bird of prey

Thank goodness for that I was worried it might be the mother-in-law (oops!)

Thanks for the comments guys - I thought it might be a golden Eagle but wasn't too sure.
