Right then, the first tiger shot that I've EVER been happy with. Although technically not great (I've missed out his foot), I'm happy with the rest of the composition, the colours and the light, even the focus :D

Boosted contrast to make the tiger look like he did in the zoo (no more washed out fur for me), levels, curves and high pass sharpen. Happy with it? you betcha :D

Looks like you took this through some railings/fence. There are some dark verticals that could do with a bit if knobbling.
... and as Marik says a tighter crop would probably help
