any views on canon i9950 printer

Hi Guys,
i'm looking at buying a cheap a3 printer and and have been offered a i9950 which has had little use and a full set of canon inks for £200. Has anyone got any views on this printer or could recommend something better new or secondhand up to £300?
I've been looking at EPSON printers as i belive these are the cheapest to run...is this true?
Any help would be greatfully received

I have a I9950 and it is superb, had it for years and hope it lasts me for a long time I love it. Dont use cheap in in it if you get it.
