Have you got a remote like this

I was looking for a remote for my cannon 300D and saw this on a well known auction sight. Has anybody got the same as this and if so are they could they let me know how they perform?

I've been wondering about those too!

As with any IR remote, they don't work very well in bright sunlight and if the sensor on the camera is at the front then you can't use the remote from behind.

I went for this one at about £18 delivered, it's a radio remote so works from any direction and long distance.

I would go for the wired ones mate. With IR's you have to point the remote at the front of the camera and the range sucks big time:bonk:
