The white face of the coot is a pig to avoid blowing out, and unfortunately you didn't quite manage it here. Otherwise it's a nice interesting shot.
The heron is quite nice but I fancy the point of focus is on the body rather than the head.
BH gulls are so ubiquitous that they're not an obvious choice for a photo. This one is executed so well though, and is easily the best of the trio for me.

Dai, I also like the image of the coot as the best. Don't know if its me or not but it looks as though it is slanting down slightly to the left.
