Spent a day in training and was informed i was a 'Red' personality and a 'Driver'. NSS - think i knew that up front.

Sorry, was this a positive thread? Telling said stupid trainer the money would have found a better home in my pay-packet.

Well I've had a positive experience not in England but back in the states. I got great customer service. I'd lived in Europe for sooo long I'd forgotten what it was like. The guy at Sears spent about 30 minutes explaining how the TV differed in the US and allot of it was on stuff he couldn't make a commission on. I will now go back when I move and spend $200 more for a TV from him because he was so helpful to us. Really wish companies over here would learn that.

My good experience is related to this forum!
You may have seen my post about my problems uploading large-sized pics to Photobox due to be stuck with dial up at the moment.
It was turning into a bit of a panic situation as I needed these images back & mounted for a comp this weekend.

Well our Glen came to my rescue & turned knight in shining armour.
He not only got my images printed but posted to me & on my doorstep within 24 hours.
They were so well wrapped even my postie couldnt bend them... and even if he'd wanted to... there were very large messages from Glen telling him he'd better not think about it! :bat:

So really I guess Id just love to thank Glen for his kindness and tell him he's a top bloke for helping me out!

OOh right... you want a ranty bit???
Well you know that Glen, when he wraps... boy can he use up some tape, doesnt leave a mm of space to get as much as a fingernail in!!!!
Just joking Glen ... I owe ya!!!
