Help With Flash

Ive got hold of a Speedlight 580 and a remote sender thingi.

not got any books of words, so how do I set the Speed light to be triggered from the infra red hot shoe mounting thingi?

Pointers would be great.

Its the Speedlite 580EX and Speedlite ST-E2 Transmitter

Hmmm - thought you could download the manual from Canon..... wrong! :( (Well, at least I can't find it!)

On the Darkside you can download any manual for any bit of kit as long as it's current (extant) .... that's support! :clap:
