Great shots Chez, as already said, its a pity about the backgrounds.

If you could have got lower down, you could have used the bushes oposite for the background.
The detail and sharpness is excellent.

I like the first shot the best out of all of these. The exposure is spot on, you have managed to capture catch lights in both the dark eyes and still managed to hold the rest of the exposure spot on for the whole of the meerkat.
